    It’s All About Connection

As a marriage and family therapist, I’m passionate about helping couples build stronger, more fulfilling, and lasting relationships. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you and your partner can work through challenges, rediscover connection, and create a relationship that truly thrives. I also work with individuals and teens, addressing a range of life’s hardships.

For Couples: Your Guide to Safety and Authenticity

Feeling safe and understood is essential for a healthy relationship. When communication breaks down, or trust is damaged, it can feel impossible to reconnect. I specialize in helping couples navigate these difficult times, including the pain and confusion of infidelity.

I understand that infidelity can be a deeply traumatic experience, leaving partners feeling lost, hurt, and uncertain about the future. I provide compassionate support and guidance as you and your partner explore the impact of the affair, work towards healing, and decide what path is right for your relationship. Whether you choose to rebuild trust or separate, I will be there to support you every step of the way.

Beyond infidelity, I help couples address a wide range of communication challenges, such as navigating conflict, improving communication, and managing differences in parenting styles. We’ll work together to identify negative communication patterns, learn effective strategies for expressing your needs and feelings, and develop skills for resolving conflict constructively. My approach is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which helps couples understand the underlying emotions driving their interactions and build secure attachment.

Your relationship is important. Let’s work together to create a safe haven where you can both feel heard, valued, and loved, and rebuild a stronger, more resilient relationship.

    For Individuals: Choosing Yourself

In a society that prioritizes accomplishments and perfection, acknowledging your need for assistance can be challenging, and pursuing it even more challenging. Social media, politics, careers, and relationships can hold you down, so it’s important for everyone to dedicate some time to self-improvement. In individual therapy, we can tackle the stressors you have been experiencing together.

Whether you want to increase self-worth, treat depression and anxiety, heal insecure attachments, connect with your inner child, heal past trauma, or even just become more secure in your identity, choosing yourself is an important first step. You do not need to remain stagnant; let’s grow together.

    For Teens: Everything is Changing

Preteen and teenage struggles can seem like too much to bear at times. It is a time of self-discovery, when a teen’s physical, emotional, and social situations are rapidly changing. These changes can cause depression, anxiety, self-esteem and behavior issues, and school problems for your teen. These issues can show up in many different ways, such as moodiness, isolation, bad grades, acting out, and more.

I provide therapy to tweens and teens who are struggling with all of these changes. I assist them with coping skills and emotional regulation and give them a safe space to express their feelings and explore the person they are becoming. Throughout my work with tweens and teens, I take a collaborative approach by bringing family members into the session to help the family better understand each other and strengthen their connection and improve the family dynamic as a whole.

    About Me

I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University and my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Texas Woman’s University, COAMFTE accredited. Providing therapy is my absolute passion, and I strive to make a positive impact in the mental health community.
I provide a warm, empathetic, and supportive therapeutic environment. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy working out, going to farmers markets, and spending quality time with those I love!
