    What should I expect for our first appointment?

    Welcome to our first session of couples therapy! During this session, we will discuss your concerns and goals for therapy. I’ll ask questions about your relationship history, communication patterns, and current challenges to better understand your unique situation. This session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin identifying areas for growth and improvement in your relationship. I’ll provide you with some initial feedback and guidance on ways to start working on your relationship issues. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you feel comfortable exploring your feelings and finding solutions together.
